Returns and cancellations
All products on this website are subject to the "lost goods" law and it is not possible to cancel your order or return them once they have left the NOGASOAP warehouse.
• You can cancel the transaction by contacting the company's customer service by e-mail. The cancellation of the deal will be valid only after receiving an e-mail from the company confirming the request to cancel the deal.
• A transaction can only be canceled if no delivery has been made to the customer's address.
The transaction cancellation policy detailed above will only apply to products purchased on the website. The company will not handle the return of products purchased through another source.
Delivery and transportation of the product
The company will take care of delivering the product to the customer to the address typed by him when making the purchase on the sales site, within 7 business days.
• The company will not be responsible for any delay and/or delay in delivery and/or non-delivery, caused as a result of force majeure and/or events beyond its control as well as incorrect and/or incorrect data entry.
